Role of NavDhan

NavDhan is a technology intermediary that connects MSME borrowers with RBI-registered lenders. We do not lend money ourselves, guarantee approvals, or control lender decisions.

User obligations

• Lawful useUse the platform only for lawful purposes.
• Account securityKeep your login credentials confidential.
• No misuseDo not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or scrape the platform.

Application accuracy

Providing false or misleading information may result in rejection, suspension, or legal action. Lenders rely on the accuracy of the data you provide.

Intellectual property

All content, trademarks, logos, and software on NavDhan are owned by Kubar Protocol Private Limited or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without written permission.

Indemnity
